Shipping Policy New Zealand

After placing your order, you will receive an email about payment methods and how to complete payment for your order. Once payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your order.

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours from confirmation of payment. We will send you a unique tracking number and link so you can monitor the progress of your order. The courier partners will update your tracking information as soon as the parcel is in transit and moving from depot to depot. Some of the courier partners include DHL, FedEx and UPS.

Sometimes orders can get delayed in the international shipping system. Please remember that we have no control over international courier companies or international customs. However, if you choose our Shipping Protection option, we will resend orders if your order is not received for any reason.

Shipping Protection New Zealand

With Shipping Protection, we guarantee delivery of your order. It’s as simple as that. If your order is not received within 21 days from dispatch*, we will re-send your order. In the very unlikely event that your re-sent order is not received, we will refund you. Australian orders are excluded from refunds but will receive TWO free resends to an address of your choice.

*21 days for Premium Shipping, 28 days for Tracked Shipping, and 35 days for Australian orders.

International Shipping New Zealand

Standard Shipping takes 10-14 days for delivery, and our Premium Shipping takes 3-5 days; tracking is provided for both options. Shipping costs vary from country to country and are confirmed at checkout.

Please be aware that approximately 2-3% of all orders can be withheld at customs. We have no control over this as each country’s customs procedures are different. With our Shipping Protection option, we guarantee delivery and will resend your parcel.

It is not our responsibility to be familiar with all the different customs procedures in every country. Before ordering from Direct Sarms, check your country’s laws and regulations, as our research chemicals and peptides are not legal in all countries. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your country when you order.

If your order is returned to us because of non-delivery due to your error (i.e. incorrect address, non-acceptance of delivery or non-collection from your local delivery office), we will resend your order to you, but any additional shipping costs will be charged to you.

Return and Refund Policy

Because of the nature of the products, Direct Sarms does not accept returns. Our products can degrade prematurely if they are mishandled. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do everything to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

At Direct Sarms, we place a high value on maintaining and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Therefore, customers who receive a damaged package will have replacements re-sent as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation
